I lead a team of four UX designers across five development teams. We work on one of the largest internal enterprise applications with a focus on the field office users. Our goal is to provide solutions for the end-users while working with leadership and organizational goals.
Create cohesive UX practices for the team, presenting a consistent approach while educating the larger team on UX best practices.
Oversee all UX projects to provide guidance and insight to each designer, ensuring consistency in design and user experience between projects and development teams.
Evaluate existing large-scale enterprise applications for usability including workflows, user experience consistency, user interface components.

I was the lead UX designer working with three designers, ensuring their training remained up-to-date regarding UX best practices. Together and individually, we performed educational outreach to government clients, PMs, and development teams.
