SHARING COLLECTIONS

Within our application, there are many customizable lists. One of these lists is tags. These are official tags that update on an annual basis and people usually have more than one list for various purposes. Users requested the ability to share a collection of lists with colleagues and their employees.

For this project, we created a user story map to determine the main functions the users needed to complete, a detailed workflow to track the user actions and the system interaction, wireframes to work out the necessary components, and high-fidelity mockups for the design.

The end result was pleased users who saved a significant amount of time when bringing on new employees, annual updates, and distributing new lists.
