Restructured & Refreshed

This project came about as a result of user feedback and UX best practice. We conducted card sorting, surveys, and user interviews that led us to discover the most important issues to users. We created wireframes and discussed them with internal teams to find the best implementation of features. We then did user testing to get final modifications. After nailing down the features and functions, we created high-fidelity mockups, a style guide, and a usage guide. The redesign is currently in development with great communication between UX and development teams.
