CREATE TEMPLATES

Feature Enhancement

In our enterprise application, users often had to create a form with much of the same information over and over again. Originally, there were enterprise-level templates, but those did not meet the needs of everyday document creation. We needed a way to create personal templates and office or division-level templates.

We created a way for users to make personal folders and individual templates, as well as the ability for supervisors to create division-level folders & templates. This allowed users to save time and meet organizational and division standards.

We created a user story map to outline all of the functions that we needed to cover for the users. We then detailed out how those functions would be accomplished in wireframes.
